Guest Room Service
Available for snacks and drinks from 07.30 to 24.00 hrs. After midnight some light sandwiches and hot creamed tomato soup with toasted bread may be served to your room upon your order by dialing Room Service. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available in the your room's minibar.

Laundry & Dry - Cleaning
A same-day service is available for laundry and dry-cleans on weekdays with the exception of public holidays. All articles turned to the housekeeping department before 09.00 hrs will be returned by 19.00 hrs. Laundry bags and lists are in the wardrobe.

Electricity & Adaptors
The voltage is 220 V, 50 cycles. There is a stable adaptor in your bathroom from 110 V to 220V. For portable computers and electronical devices we supply adaptors for our guests.

Manager-On-Duty
You may reach the Manager-On-Duty around the clock by dialing "0" or via the Reception Desk. Physician-On-Call
Physicians are available on call. Please contact the Reception Desk in case of emergency for a physician-on-call.
Business Center
Our efficient staff is here to try and make your stay comfortable. The Business Center offers services including personal computer, facsimile, photocopying, Wifi internet access, airport transportation arrangement, customer relations , courier service and car rental. Our attention and personalized service will help to ensure that your stay is fully enjoyable.

Luggage Room
For a short period of time your luggage can be kept in the luggage room. Our porters will take care of your luggage.

Taxi
Istanbul has an abundance of taxis which are easily identified by their yellow color. Just hop in and tell the driver where you want to go.

Car Rental
"Rent a car" service can be provided by the Guest Relations Desk at the Kalyon Hotel.

Sight-Seeing and Travelling
Rail, cruise and coach timetables can be obtained along with other information on guides and tours. Please, consult the Guest Relations Desk.

Exchange
Foreign currencies or traveler’s cheques can be exchanged at the Hotel Cashier located by the Reception Counter. Payments can be made by some major credit cards such as VISA, AM-EX, MASTER CARD, ETC.

Car Parking
Ample free parking is available for the hotel guests. Car valets will assist you with parking.

Safety Deposit Box
A laptop size safe box is available in your room. We would like to inform you that there is also a safe box in the Cashier’s Office for your valuables such as jewelry and money.
