By making a reservation for 3 meetings at KALYON HOTEL within a 2 month period, our customers can take advantage of the “Beginners Package”. .

At their next event they get the meeting room, tea-coffee with cookies service 2 times a day and the lunch for FREE. |

At the fourth event, one organization (what will be free of charge: food and beverage, technical equipment, room rental; needs to be specified) will be provided free, the number of participants will be determined according to the average of participants during last three events |
Prestige Package
By making reservations for 6 meetings at KALYON HOTEL within a 3 month period, our customers can take advantage of the “Prestige Package”.

After the completion of 5 events, during the 6th event, the organizer company’s guests staying at the hotel will be upgraded to superior rooms at the standard room rate. |

The participants of the meeting will have the chance to participate at the closing cocktail party for free. |

The conditions mentioned in the Beginners Package are not applicable to the Prestige Package. |

The free closing cocktail participants will not exceed the average of the six meetings organized. |
